Here is our National Account Manager, Candice Da Costa:
I started out in Client Services as a Client Services Account Manager to support the rollout of a large global client. I then moved to the Media team as a Card Production Coordinator and was promoted to Manager, Card Services, covering for a colleague on maternity leave. After returning from my first maternity leave, I was promoted to National Account Manager on the Client Relations team.
I have been with Givex for 12 years and the challenges I faced at the beginning of my journey such as the fast pace, being dynamic depending on the client you’re dealing with, learning how to approach and handle client expectations within a tech company, are now things I welcome and enjoy as part of my role as National Account Manager. From my time on the Media team, where I worked directly with and managed the relationships of our preferred vendors, essentially being the customer, and now being customer facing has allowed me to know the level of service we expect from our vendors and I’ve used this knowledge to present and implement strategies for my client accounts.
Each client account within Givex presents their own unique needs, each gift card program has its own set of requirements. I enjoy the task of collaborating with my clients to see their ideas and projects come to fruition.
I feel my journey has come full circle and I plan to keep the momentum going and continue my personal growth with Givex.
